1. Where we deliver
We deliver across India. A few remote pincodes may not be serviceable by our courier partners; if your pincode can't be served, we will inform you and refund any amount paid in full.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery is free on all orders.
3. Delivery time
- Bengaluru: usually within 1–2 days of order confirmation.
- Rest of India: usually within 3–7 days of order confirmation.
Delivery days are counted from the time your order is confirmed and payment is received. Times are estimates; delays can occur during festivals, bad weather, strikes or other courier disruptions. We will keep you updated if your order is delayed.
4. Order updates
Once your order is dispatched, we share the shipping/tracking details on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
5. At the time of delivery
- Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the order. The courier may ask for an OTP or ID.
- Check that the package is sealed and undamaged. If the package looks opened or damaged, do not accept it and contact us immediately.
- Record an unboxing video when you open the package – it is required for any damage, defect or wrong-product claim (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
6. Store pickup
You can also collect your order from our store, free of charge:

Open: Monday – Sunday, 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready, and bring your order number and a valid photo ID. Check the product at the store before you leave.
7. Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your address and mobile number before ordering. If delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
