This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or buy from us, why we collect it, and how we protect it. - Delivery details: your address, pincode, city, state and address type (home/work).
- Order details: the products you order, quantities, amounts and order status.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email (for example order confirmations or support requests).
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We only receive the payment status and a transaction reference.
- Technical information: basic information your browser sends (such as device type and IP address) that our hosting provider uses to deliver the website securely.
3. Information stored on your device
Our website saves your cart, login session and saved addresses in your browser's local storage so they are available when you return. This information stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by logging out or clearing your browser's site data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
